I have to wait for a few weeks to see how the replaced singles flatten out, then I talk about my experience.

Very friendly but somewhat unorganized.

Very professional and easy to work with. Due to all of the recent rain delaying their schedule, they even did the job on a Sunday when there was finally a break in the weather. Vincent's flexibility and continual updates were much appreciated and, from what we can see of the work they did (2 story house), we are very pleased with Alpha Roofing overall. Update on 8/12/18: My husband contacted Alpha Roofing/Vincent to get an estimate on another property that we own. Vincent was a no-show, no-call TWICE. While they did a great job the first time we hired them, I am dropping my rating due to this unreliability.

Came when they said they would and performed my roof repair that same day! Very pleased with their service and would have them do work for me again.

Was looking for someone to replace a few loose shingles and nail back some loose flashing along the roof line, over windows and peaks. Plugged my information into Home Advisor and Alpha Roofing was the listing provided. They called me back very promptly and scheduled a time that day to come out and give an estimate. Quoted me work to be completed related to the loose/lifting shingles and nailing back the flashing. I agreed and they scheduled to come back in two days to do the work. I took a half day off from work so I could be there when they finished to review their work. They finished the job and then came to the door saying they could not nail back the flashing in the high points of the roof. Their ladder wouldn't reach and they felt it was unsafe to access from the roof. It's not like this was a blind bid. They had the opportunity to see the roof and the work that needed to be done. So for only completing the roof work and some of the flashing he wanted to give me a $50 credit off the estimate. There was very little materials needed. The original bid was based upon all the time it would take to renail the flashing with longer nails and sealant. Now small sections have some additional nails but the loose pieces that I originally needed fix remain. Now I need to get another contractor to finish the work this guy told me he could do. Nice people to talk to but did not live up to what they stated they would complete. Then I had to haggle over the price for an incomplete job. Not someone I would recommend.

Other than some phone tag in knowing when they would be here, the guys were very professional, explained what work they were performing and the price was lower than I expected. Very satisfied.
