Alpha Roofing installed our roof just a little under two years ago in San Bruno. They were quick to respond, and very reasonably priced compared to other roofing companies I spoke with. We have had no roof issues since the installation, and during installation, surprise repairs outside the original scope of work were taken care of with little additional cost. Overall I would highly recommend

The owner and site manager were very professional. They unfortunately were rushed in the end and did not clean up around my house as promised. But good hard working very likable fellows.

This company replaced an aging roof on my detached garage, with composite shingles. They arrived on time and quickly got to work . They were good about answering my concerns and finished the job in one day. They were helpful, did some additional work and cleaned up both my property and the neighbors yard.

This job was to replace an aging wood shake roof with top quality composite shingles. Part of the roof had been re-decked with plywood but some was the original "skip decked" wood slats. Jose, the owner, was able to measure the roof and quote within a couple of weeks with two options for shingle quality. His original price seemed a bit high, but after I informed him of the solid decked part which would save labor and material, he re-quoted with an attractive price. He was able to schedule the job for one month out. I checked and confirmed that he got the required permits before the job. His crew arrived on schedule and worked every week day until the job was done. They cleaned up the site every evening before leaving. Early in the job I decided to add gutter covers to the back side of the house under a large tree. Jose quickly brought me samples and we settled on a reasonable price adder. After stripping off the old roof, Jose and the inspector agreed that a portion of the existing solid deck needed to be replaced due to water damage. After some negotiation we agreed on a reasonable charge for the extra work with very little time lost. At the final inspection the inspector commented on the high quality of the work, but found two small flashing errors due to recent changes in the local codes. These were fixed within two days with no impact on the agreed price. My neighbors have complemented the great appearance of our new roof. I am happy to recommend Alpha Roofing Company for any residential roofing job.

Part of a larger project, Alpha Roofing worked with me and my schedule. They were very helpful, did added work and were good about cleaning up at the end of the day.
