I did read the reviews prior to hiring, beginning to think they were a scam. Chester was indeed polite, I was not happy that he kicked my 7lb dog. on 9/15/2016 I hired him for a leak in my hot tub, he came out, poured a 14.00 bottle of leak fix pulled out my insulation and charged me 160.00 said I needed a motor, which he had at home, a breaker and a new control panel and would be back the following Monday 9/19, Monday came and went, no call no show, I called him on 9/19 eve said the control panel was not in he would be back 9/20, I stayed home waiting, again no show. I called again he said he would be out 9/21. 9/21 he shows up with the parts for the repair, the control panel does not function properly, lights do not work and one of the duel controls are not working properly. Said he would be back the following day to repair, then gave me a bill for 1,178.00. I asked about the 300 or 400 quote he gave me and reminded him that I said anything over 1,000.00 I would replace. I wrote the check, he was not rude, I thought he would honor the repair he promised. That evening I called him to let him know the leak was worse then when I originally called him to fix this, at 160.00, said he would be out the next day to fix the panel and the leak The next day came and went and he did not show or call, or return my calls. I called the bank and stopped payment. I then called him and let him know once fixed I would re issue the check. He said he would be out the following day. Again, no show. He then sent a tech out, he looked at the leak and said he knew what it was and would be another 180.00. Why was it not properly evaluated at the 160.00 I was charged. Tech did nothing did not touch the panel, I told him I was not happy with the lack of service, he said he can come and get the panel and anything else I did not want to pay for. I have yet to hear from anyone, I have left messages and sent a email, I googled the control panel he wanted to charge me at 543.00 and bought it at retail for 320.00. I am willing to eat the costs of the other, but he will not return calls or emails. No what? Better Business Bureau? I made a huge mistake, lesson learned get a quote in writing.

had some trouble getting work done but not Alpha;'s fault but due to weather here in AZ. first rain then 110 plus degrees. When finally able to work Steve and helper did a great job and we now are enjoying our hot tub again. Will recommend them to our friends.

Repair consisted of replacing pump and electric motor on an above ground spa. Workers were both knowledgeable and efficient. Even cleaned the spa. Only took one hour. Highly recommend this company for spa repairs.

They contacted me promptly and arrived at the time they said they would. Before choosing them I also checked their entry on the BBB website and found they had an A rating. Of the other two companies referred to me, one was not a member and the other had a D rating. I would call Alpha again for this kind of service.
