Very professional, very punctual, and very efficient at his job. He found the issue area and explained to us what the problem was and how he was going to work on it, as well as telling us what we could do to help keep the bugs out of our house. After he was finished, he informed us up front that if there were any issues with bugs in the near future, call him immediately and he will rectify the problem at no extra charge. Will hire again!

I had a bad ant problem and alpha termite an pest control got rid of the ants almost immediately which he said give it a few weeks. I was amazed how I don't have any ants nor any other bugs. I recommend this company, this is an honest company and with reasonable and no contract rates.

He actually contacted me from Home Advisor referral. I had left a message with another company that did not call me back. He was on time for our appointment. He was professional and polite. He answered all my questions and gave info on what to expect and watch out for. The price was reasonable for services rendered. He genuinely cared about what he was doing, and was thorough.

I hired him for our home inspection and decided to hire him for the quarterly treatment. So far so good. I'm happy with the service and would recommend him.

I had a extreme heavy flea infestation with way over 1000 fleas in the house because of the tenant who rented didn't took care of the situation I had them served and removed from the Property. Once I inspected I was jumped on downstairs by fleas so massive that I had my legs covered with fleas. I called and he got within a day to the job site. He sprayed a mix which would might had worked with a very mild infestation but not for the Level I had. I called him back with the phone number listed on this invoice and never got a response from him. I left a few voicemail's but no response. At the end I went to Tractor Supply Company and bought from WISDOM an very aggressive concentrate and sprayed the hole downstairs area. Within 24h the fleas where killed and I had to spray a 2nd time just to ensure no eggs would still hatch. So for very light pest control I am sure he is a very good choice. But when you have extreme and I mean extreme so over 30 fleas in a square foot space visible on your carpet floor than you are better of to use the method I described above. But be careful wear gloves and a proper mask this stuff is toxic while you spray it. So leave the house after you applied for 2-3h and once you return air out the area and keep your A/C off during this time.

I paid for the service and I still have roaches in my house. The problem fot worst after the service.

The gentleman was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. Explained exactly what he would be doing and how long before we saw results. I am continuing to use his services and would recommend Alpha to anyone needing quick reliable and reasonably priced pest control.

The termite inspection was for an old home purchase, Alpha Pest Control did a very thorough job inpecting the detached garage, the attic and crawlspace as well as the entire house and grounds.
