Alpha Tile

John came on time for the job as he said he would; finished the job within an hour and cleaned up so well as if there was nothing done in the kitchen until you see the work that he has done which is to take out 2 tiles so my new dishwasher can be installed. John will be back to install new tiles after my dishwasher is installed, and I know he will complete it perfectly and in record time! He is a professional tile master, quoted us a good price for the whole job up to completion, and trustworthy. 2 thumbs up for John👍👍!

John did a very nice job on my kitchen backsplashes and was more than professional throughout the 2-day project. He kept his work area clean and did a meticulous job, all at what I thought was a reasonable price. He was also happy to give me advice for the long-term maintenance of the marble tile. The only reason for the ding on Johns report card is that there is a light tile with a very dark black mark that almost looks like a bug (sorry to say) which John installed in a very prominent spot. Unfortunately, everyone who visits my home notices this immediately. Since there was so much surplus material available, I really wish that John had substituted a cleaner tile in place of the one that he used.

John is very skilled and professional. We hired him to put in a backsplash in our kitchen. John arrived when he said he would, worked diligently, cleaned up meticulously and just did a very fine job. We will hire him again as our first choice if we more tile work to be done. He does very fine work and takes pride in it -- as he should.

Unfortunately we had some delays caused by our counter top provider. John sensed my frustration and reacted by making special accommodations for us to get us back on schedule. His attention to detail was obvious, and to witness the quality of his work solidified that we had made the best and wisest choice in selecting John for this project. I vacuumed after he left, but so far he is very good with the planning and installation! He has yet to grout (next week due to my schedule), but so far so good.

John was delightful to work with, from the planning stages through the installation. Very reasonably priced. He made great suggestions, ordered the tile that would work the best, and finished the job within a week of our first meeting! We highly recommend John at Alpha Tile.
