Prompt response and good diagnosis completed. Part on order. PART INSTALLED AND APPEARED TO RUN THRU FULL CYCLE, BUT ON FIRST USE NO WATER ENTERED FOR CLEANING. CALLED ALPHA AND JULIO SAID HE WOULD RETURN. NEVER CALLED BACK. SUBSEQUENTLY HE WAS EMPLOYED ELSEWHERE AND UPON TWO FURTHER CALLS AND PROMISES FOR ALTERNATE REPAIRMAN NO RESPONSE !!
