Alpha Wildlife Removal

quick responsive to our office that was filled with a nice flock of unwanted feathered friends. We were moving furniture and found them in our business building. The clean up was horrible and it was completed promptly and smelled so much nicer at the completion. Nick gave us the best rate compared to three others.

First of all, they took my deposit and NEVER did the work! Nick still has not responded to my calls or messages I left him. Completely not trust worthy company to work with! I still don't even know what the problem was. It was a very simple job and they couldn't even SHOW UP to do it!

Nick was prompt and answered all questions in a very friendly manner. A little costly but well worth it if woodpeckers leave my house alone.

Wish I could give zero stars. Anyone one who contracts these guys to do work is an idiot, in my opinion The worst service ever. Nick contracted with us to remove squirrels from our chimney. He came completely unprepared to do the work. He was supposed to return and place a chimney cap on our house. After a few weeks and ordering the wrong cap he never returned too do the work. He was impossible to contact, We probably called him 20 times with no response. He kept our $600 and never made any attempt to return it. I'm pretty sure their are plenty of other companies around who can do this work well and won't steal your money.

I really appreciated that he was completely on-call. The animal had been getting under my car and I finally decided to stop avoiding it and get a permanent solution. I called Nick and he was able to get over right away. The animal hasn't come back.
