Gave them over $1500. And a month late when their contractor said project would defiantly be done. Nothing. Mavericks' office said contractor has the money. Contractor says he hasn't actually work for them for a month. The month he's been talking like their "so busy", "backed up". And their office gave me no clue as I pushed them for a project date as well. Mavericks office promises a refund in 6 to 8 weeks. I feel its been a slow walk and I don't expect "S" from them.

I had problems knowing when they were going to start the job I sit at home for a day and half waiting on them if it wasn't for their secretary(Ruth) I would not have had any communication with anyone in the company I got no response from phone calls and texts I had to go through Ruth. I waisted a day and half of my time waiting on the job to start once they started it went really great

I am changing my initial review of this company. Maverick's Concrete finished the work on 11/22/16, and two weeks later, the hairline cracks in my driveway were visible. I sent a message and never received a response. Last evening, I noticed that the same cracks were completely back after only 4 months of repair and restaining. I called and found out from another company that Maverick's Concrete, who must also be known as Alphayet are out of business.

Some things are out of peoples league, and I believe you have to be careful with what you expect from some places. I compare this experience to going to a barber who can't give the most basic hair cut, even when you show them the picture of the haircut. I'm stuck with a sloppy job, and it is very unsafe. I even have to clean up. I'm going to upload pictures so that others don't waste your time with a job you really want to look good. If it involves painting your dog's house, then they should be okay, I think. This job was definitely out of their league. I could tell, and I don't do concrete. I see why a lot of people do things themselves or go with someone they know. New homeowner, so I'm learning. I even called them the next day to see if we can get it fixed, you guessed, they got their money so the going the extra mile stopped. Money driven world, no more firm handshake and trust. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The sales staff and the work crews were very professional and competent; the job was completed as promised and the color match was excellent, the premises were left clean. Communications were spotty with the office, but the quality of the work is worth it. ** Company contacted me to see how they could improve communications and we reached a good resolution. I will definitely use them again.

it took longer that expected and I was not crazy about the job site after completion ... did not reinstall the rain gutter that they took down to replace the wall

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. They went to 7 different places to find the perfect brick match for my house!!!!

The guys showed up a little late but came back the next morning to finish the job. It look there was never a problem when they finished. Still had a small leak in the chimney, called them, a few days later they were here to fix it. The chimney cap needed a little help. All in All they did a great job and I would recommend them.

My project was rather small (re-install the double doors under my outdoor bbq and anchor into the brick). The quality of the work is great.
