As with most new working relationships things started off well. My first indication that there could be issues came on day 1 when we differed on the original agreement regarding removal of waste. We agreed that he would take half and put the remaining half at the curb. Things started to go down from there and i started having concerns with the quality, knowledge and workmanship. Next, Antonio disconnected the alarm sensor by the front door and caused the alarm to go off which triggered a fire alarm and brought the fire department to my home. While very apologetic, the way it was handled showed that he had no real understanding of how to deal with these things. They used a Dremel like tool to cut the board. I have plenty of evidence around my home which demonstrates they have little experience in using it effectively. First, around my (stained & finished) bedroom door, there are 7 cuts that are 1/2" or longer. Second, they cut multiple wires which I needed to repair before they closed up the walls. Several of the holes needed for outlets were cut too big and needed to be repaired. Cuts around windows are not strait because they cut freehand. Finally, as they were cutting around a brand new window, they cut 12” along the bottom window sill. This voids the warranty on the window and so the window must be replaced. Their claim is that this was prior damage. The window was installed less than 6 months ago and this is the first work that was done in the room. The cut damage to the window is consistent with the round blade that was used by his team to make all the other cuts mentioned above. The workmanship and overall quality is extremely poor. I now need to go over all the Spackle and tape work to cover tape that is exposed, holes that were not properly finished and edge lines that will show through when the walls are painted. Around the doors, we have issues where half of the thickness of the board is out in front of the door frame. Antonio's argument that there is a misalignment of the door frame makes no sense. Here's why: 1) The thickness of the board was the same as what was replaced. 2) on one of the doors, the board is flush on the top half of the door and sticks out half of the board length on the bottom half. Going down the stairs from the second floor, there was 3” of board exposed so that the new board could be easily joined with what went between the stairs down below and the wall. This was cut off and there is now a gap between the two boards that cannot easily be filled to prevent insects from getting in and turning my walls in to a home. Their readiness to perform the job also came in to question. When Antionio and I first talked, he said he had everything he needed to do a high quality job. They would cover everything so it did not get dirty. They did not have the proper equipment to do the job. I had to let them borrow my own ladders so they could work on the stairs without following their own sugges

Antonio was professional, competent and shows up early for work. He helped me with drywall repair and restoration, patching up ceiling and flooring damages due to leaky pipe. His team was courteous, attentive and neat with their work and cleanup, and the pricing was competitive. I highly recommend him for anyone who’s looking for help with drywall, speckle, painting, and tile flooring.

He was very courteous and very neat and clean. The room was spotless when he left. He was also very polite. I would hire him again.
