Alphalete came to my home the same day my water heater died, provided a quote within 30 min and replaced it the next day. They were cordial, timely and professional in every way. They will be my go to plumbing service for now on.

I had a next day appointment. Plumber assessed the issue with a drip on boiler system. Immediately left to pick up the part. Within a couple of hours, problem resolved. Price was less than another company who gave me an estimate.

Repair to the sump pump was minimal. It works fine now. But we still do not know why there is still a moldy smell in the basement. Even after we used bleach and ozone to kill all visible mold.

After consulting with Walter I decided not to do an install of a tankless water heater and instead replace my current 40 gal water heater. He did not try to push the install of a more expensive and construction heavy tankless heater. Walter was also able to replace the water heater the same day, total 6 hours elapsed, 4 hours actual work time. The owner Donny also helped out. Both were very professional and informed me of everything they were doing. All prices were provided up front and any extra work or part replacement was explained and why it needed to by upgraded (mainly to conform to current housing code). I would recommend this company to anyone that asks for my opinion on my choice of plumbers.
