Gerson was punctual each time we had an appointment. He was flexible when I needed to change the appointment time also. Gerson made a return visit when we had a keyboard issue that had nothing to do with his upgrade and fixed it for us, as well as fixing the wifi on my laptop at no extra charge for either or for the housecall. I am so impressed with his work ethic, getting the job done ahead of schedule, as well as his customer service skills. I would recommend him to everyone I know!!

Gershon is very proficient and knows computers, both the software and the hardware. He keeps you informed on the issue with your computer and the cost and then you decide if you want him to fix it or not. He also picks up your computer and returns it.
