Please don't recommend Air Mechanical to any one, Worst customer service, They didn't give me any proper paper work, And when ever i called for it i have been told its in the mail, Now nobody answer the phone, I had left so many masseges no one calls back, No way i can contact them, what happens if i need a service because boiler has one year parts and labour, I am stuck.

Two men showed up at 11:15 am after being told they would come at 9 and left to go get the parts for 3 1/2 hours to return and damaged my lawn driving on it and getting stuck as well as breaking the door sill .Were there till 12am Trying to get system running. Worked for all of an hour then No HEAT or Hot water.Called many times and got no response and never showed up when he said he would. Worked on system for 3 days couldnt get running. Curtis told us to call in another Co and he would pay for it. Called for days after and he never returned call to pay the bill of 400.00 and damages. System setup wrong and parts were not changed like told

Curtis from Alpine was professional and HONEST! He gave me the real information re: replacing my water heater, including options that will save me thousands of dollars. They were excellent. Knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it on the spot. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly. I asked them for estimates for other work I need done around the house.

The manager of Alpine replied very promptly to my request for a quote for a new rheem hot air furnace and gave me additional information about the advantages of different units. He also broke the total cost of the project}the only outfit trhat did this} After getting four quotes I chose Alpine and am very pleased with their professional installation team.

Alpine was professional and honest the whole way through -- from Curtis and the secretary in the office to the two servicemen who came to my home. They fixed my furnace properly and I would definitely recommend them.

Responded to our emergency call very fast. Problem was identified and fixed with in a few hours. Workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

They contacted me after my search, we had a little problem in which he couldnt accept credit card as payment due to a faulty machine on their end, they came to my house a little later than they promised, but they didnt hit me over the head with a fee to walk in my door or a costly diagnostic check, they were professional and very reasonable....I would recommend them
