One of the few contractors I have hired in Summit County that was both punctual, and very careful with my property. The owner did the work himself and we discussed each tree he trimmed to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction.

Todd has a great, reputable business and a no-nonsense but, friendly crew I hired him to remove 2 huge cottonwood trees in a tight spot. Although his subcontractors (Crane operators) had a few hiccups, Todd took full ownership of the problems and got them rectified right away. I recommend him to anyone wanting professional tree service. Job well done!

Todd Hayes at Alpine Arbor responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner, offered a fixed price bid that was VERY reasonable and arranged to do the work so that it fit my schedule. My huge American Elm tree has never looked so good!!! I thought I needed a few large dead limbs removed. Using several ropes, Todd hauled himself up amidst the branches and cut out all the dead wood taking care to shape the tree so that is became a beautiful umbrella of healthy limbs that continue to shade my front lawn perfectly. He and his assistant ground up all the limbs and (at my request) left the mulch for me to use in my garden beds. It took him over six hours to do all this work. He asked questions along the way about my preferences. He and his partner cleaned up my yard perfectly. I am so pleased with Todd and his crew. Just recently, my parents were needing to remove two old and large ash trees from their front yard, and an old apple tree from their backyard. Todd Hayes, Owner of Alpine Arbor LLC, was the first of a few to respond to my online request. We understand HomeAdvisor does a very thorough background check of the companies they recommend, and after some research on our part, we were reassured that they were insured and had several positive reviews. Todd stopped by their house to provide an estimate (with a senior discount), and my parents decided to go with Alpine Arbor. Todd and his staff did an outstanding job!! They used equipment which allowed them to bring the heavy branches down without any damage to the house, concrete or yard. Todd and his crew removed the trees amazingly fast, and at the same time, the job was completed in a very professional and detailed manner. Even the cleanup was done so well, that there wasn’t even a leaf left on the street in front of their house. After the trees were cut down, the final crew came to grind the two large stumps. My Father, who can be very hard to impress at times, said that the crews worked very diligently, and that he never saw them taking breaks. Another big plus was seeing nearby neighbors signing up with Todd to help them with their tree issues. One gentleman driving by even stopped his truck to get their contact information - you could say “seeing is believing”. We would definitely recommend Alpine Arbor LLC to perform a tree service for any of your customers - large or small. Todd is very particular about the work him and his crew provide, and will complete a job with confidence that his customers are completely satisfied.
