TLDR: this company is unresponsive, dishonest, and does not stand by its poor work. We contracted with Michael and his team to replace a bannister on half a staircase. After signing a contract and forking over half the cost, it took months for him to actually come out and do the work. There was a problem with part of the project (that he would have realized if he had bothered to measure the two outings to the house before starting work), and he offered to take care of us by fixing it at cost in light of the dozens of broken promises. He had texted us almost every day for two weeks promising to come tomorrow. So we paid him the other half we owed him and the at-cost price of the other project. We never heard from him. After months of nagging him, he finally responded to claim he does not remember what he promised as he did not write it down. That was a problem we had with the original work, too. To make matters worse, the balusters of the handrail have became loose and rattling within weeks; two are completely removable. We should have known when the team did not even install all the screws affixing the handrail to the wall even after we asked them to. This has been a total headache for a delayed project and crap results. Do NOT recommend.

Harvest Design, Inc was very conscientiousness, courteous and down to earth. They are also good at resolving issues. They don't just drop the ball and leave you hanging. They'll take care of whatever needs to be taken care of.
