Responded immediately and cam out on a Friday evening to remove a stain. Very fair pricing...came out to remove a spot, but als did area cleaning for the price of the service call to make it worth our while. Extremly courteous and likable service person.

Alpine Carpet was fast, affordable, and high quality. After speaking with 7 or 8 different carpet cleaning companies with no one seeming to care to listen to what I needed done, it was a relief when I spoke with Nate and the first thing he said was "tell me about the home, the carpet, and the work you would like done." He was able to quote me an exact price and told me that that price would get the carpet clean, no matter what it took. There was no hidden fees, no additional $.25 per square foot for pre-treating, etc. The whole was House was pre-treated, cleaned and sanitized from wall to wall for one very low price. I highly recommend.

Nate was very friendly to work with and the carpets looked wonderful. We had a strong cat urine odor that did come back within a day or so but Nate came back to retreat the room. I wouldn't hold anyone responsible for getting out the odor so it was nice that he went the extra to try to eliminate it.

nate was phenomenal...he called within minutes of my request. his price was incredubly fair. he showed up completely on time and even worked on getting a stain out of our carpet. he was incredilby thorough and spent a lot of time working on getting everything really cleaned. we were incredibly impressed and would recommend his service to anyone!
