We were thinking about replacing all our windows, but were uncertain about the process and cost. After obtaining bids from 2 other vendors, we talked with Alpine Exteriors. They were very accommodating and answered all our questions without pressuring us to make a decision. The quality of their windows and the price were very appealing. The installation was professionally handled, very unobtrusive and clean. We would highly recommend using Alpine Exteriors.

I HIGHLY recommend going with Alpine Exteriors! We built our home ourselves and they were an amazing company to work with! They beat the price of others we had bids from. To begin with Hiram ROCKS! No hard sell. That was paramount with me. He would have been escorted to the door rapidly if he came across that way. He helped us to understand the differences in the windows and the quality differences in the ones we were looking at. Hiram took the measurements for the windows we wanted replaced, and then, gave us a firm estimate on the windows and their replacement. To be honest we were so dreading that number... when we got the estimate, we decided right then and there to move forward. No more shopping. The estimate came out to roughly 2/3 of what we were expecting for a lesser window. Roughly a week later the lead installer came by to measure again. Measure twice and manufacture once is what he told us. His measurements jibed with those Hiram took and he left after telling us it would take a three-week period to manufacture and get them to us for install. After the delivery of the windows to the installers, we received a call asking us what day we would like to have it done. Since it was supposed to be rainy the Thursday and Friday, he asked if he could schedule us for Saturday. We said "Of Course!" and waited for Saturday. On Saturday, at about 10:30 or there abouts, the team rolled up and got started. The teamwork is amazing. They custom fitted the windows in short order, got everything mounted and sealed and then cleaned up after themselves like no crew I have ever worked with before. All I can say is BRAVO! This was an excellent experience from start to finish. NO B.S. from sales and an install team that excels at what they do. I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Exteriors for your window replacement. They absolutely knocked it out of the park!
