He did a good job, but was not the most friendly person. I am certain he is busy, but he did not even talk to me, just started working without even asking me if there were any details he needed to know about, like our sprinkler suytem. But he did do a good job, so I guees that is what matters.

Ken contacted me immediately and was able to schedule a time with me within a couple of days. He was a couple hours late from the appointed time but did call to let me know. Overall, it was a good experience and he did a great job.
