Alan responded to my request within a half hour and came out to give an estimate that same day. He was personable and professional, his quote for the work was very reasonable and he was able to do the work within 2 days. He came when he said he would and did all the work in a timely manner. He even came back to blow leaves after a storm hit the day after he had finished the yard. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
They did a very nice job removing overgrown shrubs, spread mulch, relocated a flowing plant, and removed a split rail fence. Al also trimmed some low hanging branches from a tree free of charge just to make it easier for us to mow the lawn. I would use this company again.

AK landscaping was extremely attentive and professional for the job I requested. They have a tremendous amount of experience and took care of my lawn as if it were there own. Al reviewed the work that needed to be done and you can quickly tell how passionate he is about taking care of your landscape and doing a great job. Owner, Alan Marrero arrive as promised with number of support staff. Job was simple, of you think that herding chickens is simple: herd 2 weeks of leaves into several groups, drive the length of garden, do a 180 degree turn and drive leaves into compost pen. repeat as often as necessary. Remember the movie Babe? Oh yes, there are yet more leaves to fall, to collect and to drive as before, but by that my my pneumonia will have abated and I can sweat out the ret of the job. If you can get this man, GRAB HIM.

Returned my phone call same day and offered to try to squeeze me in for same day service if both of our days lined up. Unfortunately it didnt but he and his crew came out at the next earliest day to work on my house. They cleaned up my lawn and property to an outstanding quality of service and care. Overall, very satisfied with my fall cleanup and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
We had discussed that our yard clean up would include leaf blowing and stick/branch removal due to Hurricane Sandy, and he showed up alone and without ample time to complete the job. Our property is two acres, and the sun was setting around 4:30 and he arrived at 2pm. He did a nice job blowing the leaves, however due to the lack of time and the fact that the sun had set (it was literally pitch black in the back yard and he was still working) he didn't clean up any of the sticks. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of work, especially that he didn't offer to come back to complete the job at another time.
