"Thank you for your feedback?we?re glad to hear the customer was satisfied with the quality of work completed. Regarding the pricing, the customer agreed to our pricing before the work began. Then during the course of the job, the customer requested several additional projects be completed that were outside of the original agreed-upon scope. We were of course happy to accommodate the requests and complete the added work. However, as is standard in our industry, additional work requires additional time, labor, and materials to complete, and therefore cannot be performed at no cost. That said, we made a conscious effort to be as fair as possible with the pricing, and of the four additional tasks added on, the customer was only charged for two. We are proud of the work performed and stand by our values and commitment to fairness for all of our customers. Thank you."
