Non professional poor quality work

"I went over everything with the customer before I did the new wire to his door chime he agreed to all work performed. The next day he called me to say his wife was upset with the work to install a new ring bell. The customer had tried to put the new ring in and broke the wiring off himself. The only other option was to remove his storm door and cut holes in his wall to the chime to feed the new wire he did not want to do that. The customer is apparently is the type that will not take credit for his actions to his wife. You know blame everyone else before you accept responsibility for you decisions.My rating for this customer is -O first time"

When he first called, he was unaware of the appointment scheduled through Home Advisor. He stated he that he does not use Home Advisors scheduling; he only uses them to get leads/business. So, we reset our appointment with him. After testing various outlets and the circuit box, he said he thought the problem was in the attic and he does not do attics. This took approximately 1 hour. He charged us $80.

Al arrived early, made a suggestion as to the type of light fixture that would do the job I wanted. Unfortunatly one of the fixtures did not work. Al took it back to the store to exchanged it for another. That night after dark, I tried the light,it lit the yard area just as I had hoped. I'm very pleased

This contractor was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient! He remedied the electrical issue very quickly and identified the problem within a short period of time. I asked for particular replacement hardware and he complied with my request, complete the installation, and the issue was resolved with the smoke and carbon dioxide alarms. Thank you!
