Called right away negotiated his fee in a very reasonable way - did not damage any part of our house and when I forgot one piece and realized it I called him and he picked up after going 7 or 8 miles back to his base and waited for me to bring him the forgotten piece. The other responders all had emails or textxts sent to me asking for photos, that I go to their websites, arrange a meeting to look at the items I had, etc. Al called in minutes, we discussed the job, agreed on terms and he showed up an hour later. I had neither the time or the patience to go through the web, etc. delay in responsiveness.
