I hired them to weed eat and spray for weeds on the 1st day. Then they were going to come back every other week to mulch some places, weed eat and mow... On the 1st day the only thing done was weed eat. No communication since.

Once Al arrived everything went fine. He even did an an extra task that we requested. The problem was scheduling. He had a hundred excuses why he could not come, and the first day his guy did half the work and left. In our case it was not a big deal but I would be sure you clarified his schedule!
