I had this contractor replace a fan motor which was not working. He quoted a price for the motor to be $1000 and he had to order it from LA. The total cost for labor and the replacement motor was $1300. I later found out that the motor cost $325 so I requested the invoice for the replacement motor because there was a discrepancy between the quote and the actual cost. He stated they do not do itemized invoices which seemed unusual or hiding some deception on their part. I asked for an adjustment which reflected the actual cost plus labor. I feel quoting a price which was 3X the actual cost was deceptive and fraudulent when that was not revealed to me

Very good service came in 115 degree heat. He carefully explained each issue and allowed me to watch and learn which is kind and useful to a homeowner who might not know. I would recommend his service club it will save you money if you own your home.

Chris help us fix our AC a lot faster then the other company we contacted and for a much more affordable price. He was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend. I would give 6 stars if I could!!
