Great work, happy with results and the attention to details.

I had to reduce my customer service rate to the lowest possible. As soon as I handed him the check, he stopped answering the phone or email and is voicemail box is full. The new lawn is very uneven! It was not properly raked out and packed. The sprinkler system is unfinished (flow rates in different areas grossly different on same valve. Low flow heads and standard heads on the same line. The sprinkler heads are at all different heights. Many other issues. I asked for Kentucky Bluegrass. He used a company called Delta Bluegrass in Stockton, CA. The sod came with rust fungus and I can't reach Alta to fix it.
