They were great. Very nice and came right out to take care of our issue. Even came back at no charge when the pests were being stubborn. Very happy with their work and their customer service!

The technician was polite and very knowledgeable.

The exterminator spilled the white powder he used to get rid of the yellow jackets on our rear wood porch and also on the front cement stairs going down to the street. I'm having a difficult time removing the mess.

Amazing in everyway.

Called Alta for a wasp nest removal in one of my trees. A technician came by this morning and basically just knocked the nest down and all of the wasps dispersed throughout the property. Not what I expected but the technician assured me the wasps would simply die without their nest. I doubt it but hopefully Alta isn?t lying, but we shall see.

Easy to schedule. They were able to take care of the wasp problems and removed all the hives. They were able to come back for a second time to get rid of the remaining wasps.

All three are professional and I cannot praise them enough. The company sends a reminder prior to our scheduled visits. The technicians have arrived during their time frames stated. The two services have been addressing the pest issues we have signed up to receive. Each service has been thorough. We also have the guarantee that we can contact Alta between services for any concerns with pests after each service. The encouragement to call shows how they stand behind their services. The company reliability and responsiveness is outstanding. Glad to have them service our residence and highly recommend them to anyone! The value is worth the investment to be free of pests.

Alta has provided regular service for our home for the past year. They are reliable, responsive, and professional. They send an email reminding me when a technician is coming to inspect and apply product, so we know when to expect them. Any time we have a specific problem, such as mice, they send a technician to assess and address it.

They were very good at coming back to take care of a pest problem to rid them completely.

I am so impressed with the service I've received from Alta. They explained the steps they were taking to control my pest situation, followed up in a timely manner, and encouraged me to call in between appointments if I had any issues. This is my first experience with a pest control company, but the price seems like a very good value for the service I'm receiving. I would definitely recommend them, and am glad to have them onboard for regular service.

Ethan was great. Explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. Set traps and will continue with monthly monitoring thru the winter.

We have 5 acres that includes thousands of thatching ants, their hills, and I'm sure a bazillion underground tunnels. The initial application included a structure spray, bee nest removal on house eves, and the ant hills spray. We haven't gone 30 days yet for the start of the quarterly applications, but so far the ant issue is under control. I was very pleased with the rep that came out. He was very knowledgeable and suggested how he feels the issue should be handled...with a second person the next day. We will continue using Alta Pest Control.

They have been doing what they said they would. That's rare. The level of service and communication has been on par.
