I was really disappointed by the service that I received from them. They were unprofessional and irresponsible. It toke them months to catch one rat and when I called them back to report hearing the noice again within several weeks after they picked up the traps, they told me that they have done what they were paid for. Despite they said they provide guarantees when I signed the contract. Also the manager Ming has been treating me very rudely. I?m writing this comment in the hope that this doesn?t happen to someone else again.

I was immediately impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness. They are just the best! Save time and money call Alta and you'll be a fan too.

I was very impressed with the sales rep that I spoke with on the phone when I was trying to get several estimates for the job. I think they were more professional and a lot cheaper than the other place that I had contacted. When he came here to do the job he was very professional very knowledgeable and very helpful. Obviously yes I signed a year contract.

I was very happy with the great job that I saw Tristan do all around my property. He knew exactly what he was doing and took an interest in making sure that he would get my property under control giving me the results I am looking for. I signed up for service every 3 months and found that the price they charge is very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. It's comforting to know that I have a service that will also come if I have any problems in between my service dates at no charge! I like this company and was treated very kindly and with respect on the phone and I liked the professional work that Tristan did when he came the very next day! 5 Stars!!

The contractor did not receive any of the information I gave to HomeAdvisor. The reason they thought they were coming was wrong, however, they were able to help me. I told HomeAdvisor that I needed a pest control company to come to my place to inspect and seal any openings where rodents come in.

Dominic did an excellent job. He was very thorough, conscientious and personable. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Dominic was great .. took a lot of time to deweb and then spray .. showed me the results of some already dead critters .. i hope to see a lot more .. very personable young man .. pleasure to have him here.

came when scheduled, set traps, per my request, alta pest did not notice any evidence of mice, but wiil return to check traps. hard to rate since results are unknown, but happy so far.

There was a bit of a miscommunication about arrival time, but other than that, I was very pleased by Michael's service. Very courteous and professional.

We had a filthy shed that had attracted mice because of bird seed store there. Michael cleaned and sanitized the shed. I guess I would have preferred that the contaminated materials that he removed to clean the area had not been returned to the shed -- but I probably should have requested that specifically.
