Problem: clogged washer filter, and dryer not turning on. Very prompt service. I called at 4 pm on Thursday and they were there at 9 am Friday. Other companies had up to a 2 week wait. Josh conducted a thorough inspection and followed up on our observations. He clearly explained the issues with the washer and potential issues with the dryer. He provided a detailed estimate of time, parts and costs. Josh is personable, thorough, and he left the laundry room looking better than how he found it. I am very satisfied.

Josh came out to repair our Clothes Dryer. He was on-time, asked us questions to get a clear understanding of the problems we were experiencing with our Dryer and repaired the issue quickly. When I first contacted Altek the I was asked what the issues were and also asked for the model of the Dryer. I was impressed that Josh brought the parts with him that he thought was the issue which saved time and he was able to fix our problem during one visit rather than having to return for a 2nd visit. I would highly recommend Altek and Josh, they are a small business which has earned our trust and future business.

They returned my call on a Sunday morning and fixed my washer Monday morning. They are amazing. The other company I called never returned my call. Josh was very professional and explained everything. I will definitely use this company again.

Replacement circuit board wasn't working correctly, tech had to go and get another, came back same day to make sure our refrigerator would work correctly - very impressed service and customer care.

Found me $250. Took apart my washing machine, showed me how to maintenance myself, found a $250 ring that has been missing for a couple of years (apparently it was in my pant's pocket when laundry was done), decided the problem with the machine was operator error, only charged me a nominal trip charge, provided me with personal cell phone, promised to return, free of charge, if the machine acted up again.

I highly recommend this company! They are easy going, and perform the work better than any other contractor I've ever hired to help me tenants at the apartment complex I manage.
