We were pleased with the work and Steve worked steadily while on the clock. We were surprised with the cost for labor to hire work locally, in comparison with where we moved from in NW Iowa, which was why we gave a 4.5 star on cost. We did feel that we received quality work which is the most important. We simply were not prepared for the hourly rate that handyman and contractors charge. He is certainly within the range of average for his fees. He seemed knowledgeable,fair, honest, and hard working. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects and would recommend his abilities to others.
