Jordan was nice, but I did not need nice I needed a professional w/ experience. He diagnosed what he believed to be the problem with water coming through my basement door recommended a fix. I questioned the solution b/c it seemed as if he was placing a bandaid and not solving the core issue. It turned out I was right, I called him back a second time b/c water was still coming in through the basement door. He took another look said he needed to use wood filler caulk. I asked him if we should just replace the entire weather strip, he said no. It rained again the water came in through the door yet again. At this point, I called requested a partial refund. He finally responded in an unprofessional tone, passing blame my way suggesting I needed to keep the door open after using the foam the first time around. Now I have to pay yet again to have the issue properly resolved. Next time I will be sure to READ THE REVIEWS before hiring a PRO.
