Some errors on the tub refinishing and misunderstanding of them taking the door off before doing the tub. Definitely not perfection.

This resurface tub, is sandy like sand paper, Elevated epoxy spots that can hurt you in the bath, I had a gold drain that he epoxy over it, Now I cannot close the drain, and they did not seal it properly and has gotten some stains.

Rich the owner rarely answers his phone. There is no quality to the finished job. There is no follow up with your call. The shower door that was installed was leaking and there is no other way of getting hold of him. He is the type that tells you about the warranty of his work but does not answer his phone when problem arises. After you make a payment he does not care anymore

Job was not done correctly it took 6 weeks for them to come back out and fix it and it is still not done correctly.

I had to buy a 4 step step ladder to put the screens back in the myself Equipment made a mess on my wood floor, which i had to clean up after he left. When i hire a professional i want to know if it is an individual contractor or if they are going to send someone in their stead. I thought i was hiring the person that was actually going to do the job, but he sent someone else.

Great experience all around they were very quick to respond and communication was great throughout the process. I am very pleased with the end product they refurbished my old tub and it looks like new. I just wish I would of had them refinished my kitchen counters while they were here. Great job. Aldo was so clean and vacuumed before he left my Home.

Did a good job only had some scheduling issues but it all worked out fine.

The technician arrived on time and did a good job taping everything off. However, this is the only good things I would say about this company. They were contracted to do some repairs and resurface two tubs. It took them two tries, a canceled revisit and many phone calls/emails to get the bathtubs in okay shape. One tub still has a creaking sound and I'm waiting for the tubs to peel again. Not every deal is a deal. My advise is to spend the $300 more and hire a real professional who will do the job right the first time. They shouldn't be in Home advisor and I'm really shocked that the owner does business this way. Our tubs felt like sand paper and we had to be inconvenienced for almost a week without working tubs.

Rich and his team were responsive and quick. Request was completed in less than a week and repairs only took a few hours.

I hired them because of lots of good reviews however they turned up 2 days late due to equipment failures. Then the contractor completed the job in under half the estimated time - that was a red flag - and on inspection there were multiple flaws in the two tub refinishing jobs. Over 20 flaws from paint runs, lumps, finish coat missed in parts, poor masking and overspray on floors in adjoining rooms etc. After I complained to the owner, Rich who was very nice, said the contractor would come back and fix them - well he never did. Apparently he quit. It took another month before Rich found a replacement contractor who fixed up most of the problem areas but I had to have him come back and fix his own errors a few days later. Then when dry I found some more quality issues plus some of the re-finishing paint all over my bathroom floor at opposite end of bathroom to the bath. Fortunately I planned to replace that flooring otherwise it would have been ruined. There is NO OVERSIGHT of contractors by the owner - he just relies on customers complaining and does not inspect the work done by his contractors. ADVICE to you - get a really bright work light to closely inspect the finished work. Hold it close to the surface to find the painting flaws which are a little hard to see without an inspection light. I used a Milwaukee LED work light to find the paint runs and other issues and then the contractor asked if he could use it too as he did not have a suitable light for inspecting his own work. Rich, the owner was very nice and tried to be helpful - I would have appreciated him taking the time to inspect the work. Also make sure EVERYTHING is masked or covered and if they leave the bathroom door open, cover the floor and everything within a 10 foot radius of the door - I had to scrape bath paint off my newly installed lounge room laminate flooring.
