By their own admission, they did not clean all return vents, said they would come back, but never did. Will not return my phone calls.

"As stated an appointment can be set to have an hvac tech come out to your house to check the walls you are talking about but a return air ran through the wall with no metal backing is not able to be cleaned with out tearing up your sheet rock. A very complete cleaning was done in your system but if you can't take the time to rescheadule we can't make you happy"
