Very nice, informative and professional! He was able to make it to same day! Have not had any problems with pests (scorpions, spiders, etc) and their spray is animal and human safe. Even followed up a week later. We'll quick with them!

I called Alternative Pest to have someone come out and access my ant problem. I waited all day for them to show up. Jason came at 4:00, didn't call as I asked them to. He had a terrible attitude, told me he didn't want them to send him all the way to Prescott from Camp Verde. Without even looking at anything he said his fee would be 200.00 for a one time service. He didn't know why his company was sending him to do these jobs, as he now only did termite control. He was rude and unprofessional. I would not want him at my house again ever!!!

Highly recommend them! Chris got hold of me on his day off and made extra effort to help me the next day. He was so helpful, professional, and completely solved my problem. He also called me a week later to make sure my problem was still solved. I honestly can't speak highly enough about Chris. VERY impressed!!

They were prompt, professional, took care of the wasp problem and sprayed in and around the house. We have set up a regular big control schedule. I highly recommend their services.

Justin came out and performed a thorough inspection of our home. We had termite activity when we purchased the home in 2016 so we were nervous. He was very knowledgeable about pests and provided useful information about areas outside that we need to watch for water damage and pest activity. He provided suggestions for solutions to anticipated problems we could have; something I really value. Justin was pleasant and courteous and explained the bi-monthly service which we will also purchase. A definite recommendation!!
