My AC wouldn't kick on. Doug offered, and arranged, a late afternoon same-day appt for me, which was very welcome given the forecast of scorching hot weather. The problem turned out to be a bad thermostat. David inspected the system but there was no attempt to "discover" other problems or upsell. Unfortunately he did not have one left on his truck and had to go purchase one. He did, however, rig the AC on for me to cool down my home, come back in timely manner and complete the installation, correcting previous installation problems as he did so. Pricing seemed fair enough and I am satisfied.

Chris M was on time, professional and personable. He had knowledge of the A/C unit, which was 8 yrs old. He performed diagnostic tests to find a bad compressor. He made recommendations of different options available. This company charges 89.00 for diagnostics and will apply that amount to further repair/replacement. I'd use this company again.

They walked me through the whole process so I completely understood what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. They took the extra steps to make sure my problems were diagnosed correctly and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
