My husband and I were very pleased with Alex and his crew they were prompt,professional,and experienced. They did an absolutely beautiful job refinishing our 20 year old wall unitâ ¦ our wall unit now looks modern and like new. Their workmanship is superbâ ¦.we have no hesitation in recommending Alex and his crew if you are in need of painters. There was no reason to negotiate or question his estimationâ ¦ because Alex is a fair business man.

I hired Alex for a 2nd time since he had done a good job painting my kitchen cabinets. He was hired to paint some ceilings, a small room, and small bathroom. Sadly Alex decided that he would cut corners and do a half done job this time around. Alex was messy and rude when he was confronted on the quality of the work. Sadly my wife had not only paid him buy overpaid him before I had a chance to see the poor quality of the work. Alex was asked to complete the job properly or return the extra amount that he was paid. He promised to bring the money back and to this day has not followed through. When I reached him recently over text, Alex said that he regrets taking the job because *Mexicans* are whinny and hard to work for. I find that quite interesting since he is also Mexican. I will never use this clown again and will make sure to spread the word to alert people about his poor quality of work and horrible customer service skills.

Alex painted the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and also the kitchen walls. There was one minor flaw in one of the kitchen cabinets and Alex returned the next day and promptly repaired it. The overall experience was excellent.

Alex and is team did a beautiful job repainting our cabinets and doors. Would absolutely use them again!

At one time in my career, I was the Warranty Manager for a sizable General Contractor, and over a five year period I completed and "punched out" almost $75,000,000 of property. Needless to say, I have worked with many contractors. Recently I hired Alex Hernandez, owner of Altitude Paint Pro's, to paint the cabinetry in my rather sizable kitchen, paint a considerable number of dark doors white in my bedrooms and bathrooms, and re-paint a sizable fireplace "island" in the middle of my living area. I must say, that of all the contractors I have worked with, I have never worked with one that was more conscientious and responsive to my suggestions and demands than Alex. Because of my experience, perhaps I am quite tolerant of unforeseen problems when a contractor makes every effort to do a professional job as Alex did. They were prompt, friendly, and made a substantial effort to protect my home from spills, drips, or inadvertent brush or roller marks. I will use Alex again for any painting need that I may have. I was so happy with his work that I paid him a bonus beyond the contract price.

Alex was very responsive. He and his crew were efficient and very careful with my fence staining project. This was a very good contractor experience.

Alex and his crew did everything we asked them to do with a very positive response! We appreciated their perseverance with all the spring weather we had! Definitely will hire them for more work!👍

Jun 27, 2019 The most offensive, unprofessional experience I have had. I hired Alex to sand and stain my deck. First of all, he was also supposed to strip and repaint a cabinet for me, and he showed up without the materials to do so. I was super nice about that and said he could either do the project at home and bring the cabinet door back or we could take just a couple of dollars off the total price of the projects, and that it was completely up to him. He then started on the deck and did not mention putting plastic on the patio below me, and did not tell me there was a possibility that the stain would drip down. After the stain had dripped down onto my neighbors porch, he asked me if he could put plastic down. The stain had already dripped all over my neighbors grill cover and when I went downstairs, to talk to my neighbor, I also expressed some disappointment that this wasnt addressed beforehand. While I was downstairs, Alex decided that he didnt have to put up with my disappointment and WALKED OUT ON THE JOB. Completely irresponsible to think that people cant have an opinion of the the mistake that you clearly make. I am so regretful that I hired him, all I expressed to him was that I thought this mistake would cost me extra money and why didnt he discuss with me putting plastic down before we started, and HE WALKED OUT. He is completely irresponsible. You dont walk out on a job when a problem is being solved by the person who is paying you. If you do hire this guy, make sure you get it in writing that he wont walk out on the job if he feels offended. Additionally, he was throwing items off my balcony, like a broom and dustpan without asking me if it is okay. Completely disrespectful to my neighbors. I thought he was a nice guy that would do good work. I am shocked beyond belief. I asked him to stay and finish the job he had started, he completely refused. When you make a mistake, you should be okay with people wanting you to fix it. And if someone is upset with you, please consider there might be a reason for it. Jul 3, 2019 Quick update: after speaking to other professionals in my area, they have informed that the little bit of work that was already done will now have to be re-sanded and fixed, because the deck was not sanded or prepared properly for staining.

Alex the owner is truly one of the best people ever hired. Prompt, fair and professional. I ve been remodeling a lot of different things and have had some challenges with other vendors, but not him. He and his crew are very professional. They show up on time and communicate progress extremely well. They also did an amazing job on my cabinets, door and trim paining.. I will recommend them to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and her these folks, Alex will take care of you

Things started out great, had them paint 3 upstairs bedrooms, hallway, & stairway...covering rusty brown paint with grey..great price, work done in 2 days BUT due to language barrier painter didn't understand what I wanted. The previous owner was a horrible painter, the "cut-in" lines extended 1/4" on to the ceiling. I asked him to extend his cut-in lines to cover the old brown paint, which he did..there were four splotches where the previous owners roller bumped the ceiling. the painter thought I wanted him to paint over those with the grey paint so I have 4 grey spots about 1" x 6" on my white ceiling. The roller spots weren't that big. They agreed to come out & touch those up on Dec 21, didn't show up. since then phone goes straight to voice mail without me receiving a call back, unanswered texts, and unanswered e-mails.

Alex is great, timely, clean great workmanship would hire them again for sure!

We remodeled a home and had a whole list of tasks that needed tackling. We contacted a few different companies/people for quotes for painting the interior and exterior of the home. Upstairs, we wanted the walls and ceiling different colors and white for the trim/crown molding. Downstairs, we wanted two completely different colors for the walls and ceiling and an off-white for the trim/crown molding. For the exterior of the home, we chose two main colors and a trim color. Alex offered an extremely reasonable quote and timeframe. He and his workers listened to our requests and made it happen. He even went out of his way to accommodate additional requests with fair pricing. (FYI We DID ask him to paint the siding on the house since it was not time to replace all of it. We wanted a different look. Alex used Benjamin Moore exterior paint and we have not had any issues whatsoever in regards to painting siding. Through all the weather elements we experience here in Colorado-extreme heat, cold, rain, hail, snow, etc-our home still looks just as beautiful as it did when he first completed the project!) Alex kept in communication with us throughout the whole ordeal and returned calls/texts. He kept his word with what he said he’d do, and kept the price at the original quote. As a painting contractor, Alex is an extremely understanding person and truly cares about getting the job done the way you want. We will be hiring him for another project soon and in the future!
