We hired Luke to install tile in our kitchen, which also involved repairing water damage and installing drywall. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. The tile work was poorly executed uneven, unlevel, and improperly installed. Luke failed to follow the manufacturers guidelines for laying the cement board, leading to significant issues. Many tiles sound hollow when tapped, the floor shifts slightly underfoot, and the grout continues to crack and deteriorate. Although he attempted one repair, it didnt resolve the underlying problems, leaving us with no choice but to tear it all out and start from scratch. The drywall work was also substandard. None of the electrical outlets sit flush, preventing proper installation of safety plates. Beyond the quality concerns, Lukes conduct was troubling. He was aggressive and intimidating when demanding payment, and he made inappropriate comments to my wife about her eating habits.

Luke was professional, and everything was completed beyond expectation. I will use this service again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALTITUDE RENOVATIONS!!! I hired Luke Miller to re-enamel a bathtub and to re-caulk / re-grout the tile around the bathtub/shower. There were small drywall repairs that needed to be done around the shower due to moisture as well. I also hired him to replace several doorknobs and locks. ALL of the work was substandard and unprofessional. I initially gave him the opportunity to return and when he did not return phone calls or text messages I thought better of my decision and decided to hire a professional to REPLACE my ruined (pitted/stained/no enamel) bathtub. Not only that, but the ceiling on the lower level sustained water damage and now has to be repaired. To add insult to injury, the doorknobs and locks do not work properly and must now be replaced. I have requested a refund and have waited a month for the refund that was promised. I am $1,300 poorer and now have to replace my bathtub and the surrounding tile, repair the downstairs ceiling, and replace the doorknobs and locks all at my expense. I was under the impression that this was a simple repair and Luke told me he had experience re-enameling bathtubs (I had a few small defects in the enamel). I am not the type of customer who gives businesses an online review but I feel compelled to protect future customers who may end up in a similar situation. I have full documentation in the form of photos and correspondence. I have had a professional contractor evaluate the work as well as give me an estimate for repairs and that person was shocked at the workmanship. Buyer beware.

Very professional and considerate. Did everything he said he was going to in the estimated amount of time. Look forward to working with him in the future.

Luke Miller is a Professional. He knew my needs, before I did. Did an amazing job, putting in a door and screen, that I'm completely satisfied with. He's comfortable to be around while he's working. I recommend him highly!! I want him to come back and do more work on my home
