Micheal communicates clearly and is very responsive and professional. Price was the lowest of four quotes I received. He started the reroofing project as soon as the weather allowed. After the job was done, I notice two issues which Micheal addressed in less than 24 hours. He also did my parent’s roof. Very satisfied, I’d highly recommend.

Mike personally handled the entire scope-to-execution process. His crew showed up on time, the foreman let us know exactly what was being done and why (which confirmed what Mike had already told us), and the work was done quickly. It was also done perfectly. We've used Altitude Roofers for years now, and keep coming back because we know the job will always be done right, and without any upsales!

We used Altitude Roofers twice and had a great experience both times. The first time we used them was two years ago when we switched home insurance companies and they required us to have the roof patched in a few places. The roof was not leaking but had to be patched none of the less. They came out and quoted us a package to inspect the entire roof and replace any necessary areas. This year we needed to have our entire roof replaced. We were unsure if the age of the roof but it did not have the WPI-8 inspection which was causing our insurance rates to continue to dramatically increase. We had three roofing companies come out and provide a quote for a complete reroof. Altitude Roofers provided a very detailed and thorough quote. They explained so many things that the others did not which made us feel the most comfortable. They even brought us samples so we could decide what would look the best. Once we selected the color they scheduled the installation as soon as possible. They started around 7 and were done and completed cleaned up around 5. They did a thorough cleanup of the yard and we felt comfortable letting our dogs out right away. We would highly recommend this company for any repairs needed!

I requested several bids for our roof replacement home in Friendswood. We ended up going with Altitude, their communication was great throughout the process. Michael was there to answer all the questions that I had. They gave me an option of adding a ridge vent instead of the turbines and it gave the roof a nice clean look. I appreciate the professionalism and the good service from Altitude. UPDATE (June 8, 2025): Since having the roof replaced by Altitude, we had a leak in the vent pipe due to an animal ( probably squirrels) biting through the pipe. Altitude came out and fixed it at a very reasonable price. They were very responsive and great communication, if you need a roofer in the Friendswood area, be sure to give them a call.

Altitude roofers came recommended by family friends, and we’ve used their services on 2 occasions (2 estimates and 2 services). They’ve always returned our calls promptly when calling to request an estimate/schedule service, etc., provided friendly service and answered our questions, and were able to come to our home on relatively short notice for both the estimates and repairs.

Mike was great and honest. The work was done in a timely manner and exceptional. I would recommend Altitude Roofers to anyone.

I called out to Altitude Roofers regarding some roof work needed. From the very start, Michael listened to what I wanted, he made suggestions and recommendations, then took care of everything. I really liked the conversations that took place, and was very happy with the punctual, clean working and hardworking crew.
