hired for just a few months, every other week. did very well at first, but was resistant to my suggestions for cleaning my wood floor. on the last cleaning, a lot was missed. her last service: she didn't get to our office at all. she finally recused herself from service, right before I was getting ready to tell her we were not going to have her service our house anymore. she likes doing it her way, and will not hesitate to tell you about it. good value as well

"I cancelled her!! I tried every way to make her happy but she complained about everything. Some women need to clean their own house. And on the last clean when I got there she had wrecked every room because she wanted me to clean and put all the furniture back. Ridiculous!!!"

House was a mess after the cleaning service left, it was not cleaned or even swept. They will not pick up the phone to discuss or take any responsibility. I feel completely scammed by this company, they refuse to refund any money. I have been a property manager for years and have never dealt with a service that has this poor of quality of service and customer service.

"The owners do not live in the house or even in the city. They had a group stay Easter weekend. When we got there on Monday the group had trashed the house. Confetti and boiled Easter Eggs parts everywhere. The group cooked all the meals at the house and never washed one dish nor did they throw the food away. The kitchen counters and both sinks were full of spoiled and some of it was burnt in the pots. The group did not even flush the used toilet tissue. We took out three garbage bags of just confetti and boiled eggs just from one room, and the rest of the rooms were just as trashed. My ladies and myself stayed for 8 hours and we did get the house presentable. Was it perfect no but it was cleaned. I did charge him extra because we were to be there only for 4 hours instead of eight. Normally for a house that trashed I would have charged 600.00. I only charged him $ 470.00. I also went out another day free of charge to pick up the grounds because of all the trash they group left and to wash a pot that would not come clean from the first day which is a two hour round trip. I have pictures of some of this disaster but the owners was not in town and never saw what we had to tackle. I did not take calls because I do everything through text to have a prove of the conversation. I offered to send two ladies back for two hours free which they turned down. The house was not perfect but under the circumstances of the disaster that we had to tackle the owners did get there money worth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I work with property managers all the time but not once have they expected me to work miracles when the house was so trashed."

The maids seemed to be in a hurry and did not do a very good job cleaning the house. They sprayed our shower and tub walls with cleaner and evidently let it set too long staining the chrome fixtures. Regretfully, when I called to inquire I was met with the attitude it was nothing they did wrong. The price was a very good price; however, the quality of work just was not acceptable.

"The customer liked the cleaning originally. The customer later emailed cancelling our service due to staining on the stainless steel in the shower and tub. We simply informed the customer our chemical that we use in the bathroom is CLR and does not cause the staining as seen in the pictures emailed."

This was the first time I ever had anyone come to clean my house and I should have given them more direction. What they did was fine and they were friendly, something I needed because of my husband's illness. I will be more ready with directions for them the next time as I make my way along with having someone doing my main cleaning. They were nice friendly women!
