Got a quote from Altraclean on a water softener& filter system. He beat my prior estimate by $1000. He showed. up on time and completed a professional installation in a timely manner. My old iron filter failed on a friday afternoon...I went to homeadviser.com, and Altra Clean called back within an hour.... We discussed what the options were, and in three days (not in stock, needed to order one) I had a new Iron filter... That's fast by any standard! ...I believe in supporting local small business , and would choose them again.

Steve was friendly and communicated well. He had an issue with another customer that delayed my install, but it was a dire situation and I was flexible. Glad to see he stood by a customer when they needed him, as I'd hate to have someone leave me in a crisis. As for my install, he was knowledgeable, professional , courteous and friendly. He installed a system that was much better than I expected - I was planning to use one from a popular big-box store but what he offered was much better and a cleaner installation.

My old water softener would not let us access the single car garage due to size and after Steve put the new unit in I was able pull my wifeâ s jeep in on that side. He did exactly what I asked for, excellent work! Enjoying the new RO system too!! To top it off pricing was very reasonable!!!
