As a former Commercial Construction Superintendent and Project Manager for two of the largest contractors in the industry, I have worked alongside every trade in existance from start to finish overseeing and directing extensive renovations to ground up new builds and everything in between. I offer a wide variety of inspection services in both the residential and commercial sectors ranging from 4 point insurance, section 8, foreclosure, radon, lead, purchasing, pre inspection listings and many more ! Altra home inspections did a fantastic job during my home inspection. Being a first-time home buyer, and the tedious stressful process, it is hard to find a company that you can instill trust in to meet all of your concerns while being descriptive, attentive to all of your questions and needs. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable Altra Home Inspections made me feel during the process. They were extremely thorough, to the point, and explained everything in a simple down to earth way that made it easy to relate to. My report was accompanied by photographic pictures of the findings, it was a clean easy to read digital report. I did have a few questions, and even when I contacted their office, Heather was just about as knowledgeable as the inspectors. I had an overall great experience and figured it was worth it to share with others who may be seeking a home inspection company for themselves.

Inspector did not talk to me about his findings. He said *I will send you the report in 24 hours*. That would have been Sunday. It took me texting, emailing, and leaving a voice mail to get a copy of the report on Monday night. I had a deadline from the seller on Monday night. Derek also promised photos, which I have yet to receive.

"Wanda had mentioned to me the sense urgency for an inspection as she was down to one day to submit an offer. Both Wanda and her son were alongside myself during the entire time of inspection. This was a totally renovated manufactured home, the interior was flawless and was concerned primarily about not being able to see the underneath of the home. I spent over an hour underneath the home " on my hands and knees " crawling around to make sure that there were no hidden deficiencies that anyone " covered up " during the course of the remodel. When the inspection was completed onsite I had discussed the general overview of the home with Wanda and her son in the driveway before we left. I made her aware of the minor findings throughout the home as well as directly telling the real estate agent who accompanied us onsite as well so that all parties involved knew right away and they could continue with their deal and the report will follow the next BUSINESS DAY as standard procedure. All parties were informed on findings minutes after the inspection was completed. I tried reaching out to the customer and offering a refund if she was truly unhappy with the services provided. I have yet to receive a response. Some people you can never please !"
