Lee came to evaluate my softener system. Showed me how to adjust my softener and clean it up and suggested I continue to use it. He did not try to up-sale me. I was so impressed with his honesty I took him to my parents house and had him evaluate their system. He thoroughly explained the problems with the current non functioning system. He offered to repair the outdated system but I hired him instead to install a new, updated more efficient system. His price was not the cheapest but having a knowledgeable person nearby to maintain and/or repair the system if needed in the future was important to me. He removed all the old tanks and plumbing. My father was very satisfied with his work.

Lee is a honest, hardworking , friendly, one man business. He is one of the last small business that still takes time to work with his client. Not like big companies which sweeti talk you in then you become a number. I'll take Lee over big company every time.

Lee was professional but personable. Before he came out he tried to help me with the problem, if it was something I could take care of myself without incurring a charge that was not necessary, in the end I needed a technician, however this let me know that Lee is honest and would not take advantage of me, which I appreciated. He came out, was quick, he explained how the system work, I was more than satisfied. His service was excellent and the cost was reasonable. I hope I don't have a need in the future, because if I do that means something is broke, but if I do I would call Lee every time and I highly recommend him.

Unlike other company's in this field Lee showed up to repair our unit and not to sell us something we did not need. He also gave me an education on water treatment and did show us the new and improved systems available today. When we decide to upgrade we will buy with confidence and we will buy from Lee.
