Charles designed an excellent geothermal system. We have both heating and air conditioning. He has been very helpful in making sure that everything ran well and has come back a number of times to fine tune things. We would highly recommend him.

I have now had 2 different contractors out to fix the absolute mess this pro created and I am now looking at having to dig up an entire field to fix his shoddy workman ship. Please be advised that I believe the other reviews on this page are false.

I needed a geothermal pump to be hooked up after others had made a mess of it. Charles connected my pump along with other adjustments to my system and as it worked with heat last winter and cooling last summer. We still have some more work to fine tune the whole system and Charles Lazin of Altren Energy will be my choice to do this work too! I am happy to have found Charles to work with. (Plus he knows a lot about Art)

Charles Lazin and his company helped me spend relatively little for a geothermal heating and cooling system retrofit, and receive great value. There were a few issues that came up, and they used their experience and smarts to problem-solve a zero-cost solution. The company owner is really smart and knowledgeable. He's very good at explaining concepts, I always felt I knew what was going on and why. I'm very happy with the results.

I haven't worked with an HVAC contractor who is as educated and customer oriented as Charles. He does a thorough job of explaining things and finding the right solution to any HVAC issue. I highly recommend him!
