We recently had a tree branch punch through our roof, letting the rain come in. We were recommended to use Altru Restoration by a roofing company. They were able to come in quickly and worked with the roofing company to prevent the rain from traveling into the other rooms. While a few of our belongings were damaged and soaked, they connected us with a contents restoration company to help us get them taken care of. All in all, they were very good with their communication with us, as well as being prompt with their initial response. Highly recommend this company!

We had discovered mold in our bedroom bathroom, from a faulty seal around our walk in shower. We thought we would have to tear apart the bathroom to get rid of the mold, but the team over at Altru were able to pin point the exact area that had the water damage and helped us save our floors away from the issue. Luckily we caught it on time before it dropped into our basement bedroom. They arrived within an hour of our call and reassured us every step of the way with our concerns. We highly recommend Altru Restoration to anyone with water damage and mold issues, we loved our outcome! Thank you!
