They were fast courtious and professional, however I am still waiting for asubmittal and gl for work to be performed.

Excellent service! I am very pleased! Mr Herrera came out the next day after i requested an estimate. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than other quotes i received! He did a terrific job! Very fast service as well! I will absolutely recommend Aluminio Vidrios Herrera to everybody! I am very happy!

The rep showed up and removed the old window, but when he took out the new glass from it's box, it was the wrong size. Of course he had to put back the old window and now I have to wait another week for them to replace it. It was a mistake that could have been prevented, if everyone involved would have done their job right.
