So far I am not satisfied and I am worried about the project and getting a fine from Wellington Village.

I reside in MD which I called six contractors to replace T1-11 siding on my son's house in West Palm Beach, Florida. Charles with Aluminum One called me back within five minutes. I never heard back from the other contractors. Charles and his employee Norris went to meet my son to look at the house and discussed how he would go about doing the work. Charles was very fair with his pricing. Norris was very detailed on his work down to making sure every nail was placed properly. They even installed insulation to help cool down the house. There aren't enough words to express how happy we are with Norris the installer. I don't think there isn't anything he can't do. It was nice that Norris kept us informed every step of the way and went above an beyond what any other contractor has ever done in my past experience. Once the vinyl siding was complete I asked him to help my son install two screen doors. We will definitely be reaching out to Norris for other work that is needed. Aluminum One gets 5 Stars and Norris gets 10 Stars! Thank you again for a job well done. We highly recommend Aluminum One Shutters and Siding Inc.

They came, got the job done, was in and out, all done perfectly and even gave me some extra siding pieces.

Chris went above and beyond what was provided in our agreement and was pleasant to work with and did exactly what he promised and more.

Poor communication , not detailed oriented and does not listen when you request fixes. Hired aluminum one siding to install PVC siding on a wooden house. They did not pay attention to detail and had to be told to replace work several times as the cuts of PVC were horriffic. Substandard workmanship. when asked to replace, took days for him to respond.there was no solution.. The putty around my windows look like a 6 year old did it. I asked them to change it--they did the same thing and the window frames are a disaster. Calling for days no response! There workers clogged my outside cabana toilet that only they used. I had to call a plumber to snake out debris I know for a fact came from a female worker ..... 325.00 later. The owners workers parked their truck and leaked oil all over my newly pressured cleaned driveway and on the street in front of my house. They were chain smokers and put the butts on the between slats of my fence. ThIt has been months on this project and they still did not come to fix their substandard work. ! He abandoned project. Perhaps 40 years ago a great company, that is why I hired him. He lies and should retire!!! His time and crew have passed. I am a kind and humble person. With construction and development experience and It's hard for me to write this. Just warning. Actually heard today he was removed from Home Advisors and they told me to inform Angies List. Be care out there!!

Owner was very thorough but after worker left he did not replace all rotted wood that owner said would be replaced. Therefore his price was too high. I feel taken advantage of.

Aluminum One and Chris was an excellent choice for my siding repair. He was very informative and kept in contact each step of the process. Norris, the installer, was a professional, arrived on time each day of the project and is a true craftsman. I highly recommend Chris and especially Norris for any of your siding projects.

They replaced the siding on my garage,. Their work was tremendous, Even better, they did the best clean up for any construction I've ever. seen.

They replaced all of the wood and covered it with vinyl. It was a huge job! We are in awe of all of their hard work and how great the house looks. I'm always hesitant about hiring companies for work done on my house. I have had some bad experiences in the past. Luckily this time I was pleasantly surprised. Chris came out to go over the project with me and explained was involved. He brought his crew out after I hired them and introduce me to Norris. I can't say enough about how professional Norris is. He showed up on time, worked practically nonstop in the summer heat and got the job done better than my expectations. I would highly recommend Pro Aluminum One for any Fascia work.

Estimate was given promptly and work was scheduled and performed within three days. Worker Armando was wonderful, did an excellent job. Owner Christopher continually checked in to ensure everything was going as planned. Happy with overall experience.

This company knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do the repair. Other companies were suggesting much larger projects. I hired them, not so much for the price, but for their expertise.
