We completed two gut renovations, for a powder room and smaller bathroom, and the replacement of a developer grade vanity and fixturing to a partially upgraded master bath via the 5-day bathroom program. We knew what we wanted with the flooring, and working with the amazing Billy Coen, selected everything else and scheduled the work. Everyone arrived on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned every day. The tiling is meticulous, it looks amazing. We priced other contractors, who all wanted us to do some of the work, ordering the vanities and arranging the delivery, etc. This truly was an easy, one-stop shop. You make the choices, make the payments, and Alure does the rest. The result: beautiful bathrooms. I have already recommended them to two neighbors and won't hesitate to do so to others.

Very expensive. Terrible experience. Where do I even begin? They scratched my wood floors, clogged my toilet, made a hole in one of my bedroom walls, their truck hit my neighbor's car, they did not use floor coverings like they promised, damaged by new cabinet/vanity when installing (had to wait 3 additional weeks to get it replaced) . Best part is when I complained about these things, they said there was nothing they could do. I had to eventually contact the VP of Customer Service for them to address all of these issues. But even then there was no compenstation given to me for my overall bad experience. I would have liked to see some kind of credit taken off of my $16,000 bill for all the trouble I had to endure.

The work was completed within the promised time frame and everyone was very pofessional. Emilio, the foreman, was extremely pleasant and answered my phone calls right away when a pipe sprung a leak and had to be replaced. They did a nice job, only a few touch ups are needed where the walls were scratched and paint peeled off upstairs. I'm sure they will return after New Year's to do that touch up.

They completed my roof in about 6 1/2 hrs removing three layers and placing new shingles. Very efficient, courteous, and reliable. They provided dumpster and removed all shingles and gave us excess shingles if needed for future endeavors.

They did an excellent job and complete my bathroom in 5 days. The bathroom came out beautiful. If we had a problem with anything, they addressed it immediately. I also, like the fact that the work is guaranteed for 5 years.

The workers stayed focus on their work all day. I was very pleased with their approach to the work .The was no ongoing over site of the project which surprised me. After the first rain storm we had a roof leak. The water was like a waterfall through the ceiling. I lived in my house for 14 years and never had a leak with the roof. I had a project rep that helped me navigate the business to get help. It took three attempts to fix my roof leak, which seems to have stemmed from the work around a skylight. The leak was tarred , I am hoping it will be ok. Allure is working to help me with my repair.

Our basement turned out better than we expected! The Owens Corning system was perfect for our basement situation. It turned a dark, dingy cave into a bright, clean, fun place for our kids to play! The workers were prompt, courteous and clean. They worked hard to get our job done in a timely manner and worked hard to accommodate our requests. I'd definitely recommend allure.

They have just completed my basement and I could not be happier. They were incredible to work with and their workman were efficient and unbelievably neat. My whole basement 1500 sq feet was complete in 6 days including a full bathroom! It was the best experience with contractors I have ever had!

The job in total has been amazing beyond my dreams. From the get go, Alure has made the job unbelievably easy. Stew was a perfect salesman. Stew was very knowledgable and informative and not pushy like other sales people. Frank the project manager was friendly and knowledgable and made our plans work. The two crews that work at our house were great. If it wasn't for the noise of the hammering, I wouldn't know that they were there. The teams and the leaders, Ullyses and Marco were very respectful of my house, family a neighborhood. I wouyld recommend Alure to everyone.

Alure did a wonderful job on our bathroom. The workers were professional, neat, and polite. Our bathroom renovation took six days. Alure sent three workers to work on the job. When we ran into a problem with our order, it was corrected immediately. At the end of each work day, the mean cleaned up behind themselves. It was a very good experience.

Downstairs Bathroom: 1) The downstairs toilet starting leaking. This while we had company had come by...very embarassing. 2) The bathtub faucet is leaking. 3) The hot and cold water fixtures on the Vanity are badly misaligned. 4) The towel rack is misaligned. 5) The medicine cabinet is misaligned. 6) The calking around the toilet was not completely finished. Upstairs bathroom: 1) Pipe leading from toilet into wall missing cover. So we simply have a pipe going into a hole in the wall. We now have water leaking issues from the upstairs bathroom Alure installed into the downstairs bathroom Alure installed.

The worker I had was good but the office personnel not helpful except for one person. I was told a lady there would call each day to see how things were going-never did. Demo guys damaged my door & a bedroom wall but was replaced & repaired wall. Salesman was helpful. The way I saw it was the guy in charge of the job was not helpful at all. All he did as far as I was concerned collect the checks.
