Alvarado masonry was incredible! I hired them twice - first for front patio and walkway and then again for back patio. Michele, Pedro, and the rest of the team were very responsive, flexible, professional, and clean. They were able to come exactly when I needed them. Their work is impeccable and comes with a one year warranty - they will come replace or fix if damaged/defective. Their pricing was significantly lower than others. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I chose Alvarado Masonry primarily due to their bid. It was one of lowest estimates that I got with some estimates quite a bit more. I had approximately 702 s.f. torn out and 1061 s.f. installed. They showed up on time every day and completed the work on schedule. Michel was very pleasant to work with and Pedro made sure his crew got the work done. I also appreciated that they did not require any money up front. I would highly recommend this company and in fact because of the quality of work they have 2 more jobs lined up on my street.
