Alvarenga Painting

The Alvarenga experience was very positive! The crew taped everything up, had 110% floor coverage for protection, and did a great job! They also did a good job removing any wallpaper I requested. Lastly, they did awesome covering all holes and even large openings from old thermostats, etc. Iâ ll definitely be hiring them again for future painting services!

Gabino had a family emergency and could not make our initial appt for an estimate. He did get a hold of me and apologized and asked for another chance. We met and he had a very good price and was a very humble person. Hired home to paint 4 rooms and he did a great job. I would hire him again.

They did a great job. They had some great communication with me. I was pleased with the finished product and I am happy to recommend them. The workers were very nice but there could be a bit of a language barrier. They were very consistent when they got to work, I really appreciated that when they were at my house all day to get the work completed in the time they quoted me. They made an extra effort to clean up each day when they were done with the work. I have used them multiple times at a couple of different homes, I am happy to use them again in the future as well. I appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond for the customer.

This job was to refinishing a hardwood floor and painting interior walls. Workers could not speak English very well if at all so communications was poor. They tried to cut corners throughout the process and did not follow specific instructions. There was never a professional written estimate provided. They did work hard but did not do the job properly. End result was good but they underbid the job and did not finish all elements as discussed.

His crew was courteous, worked quickly, quiet and did an amazing job. I definitely would use again and recommend.

Fast, friendly and quality work!

I thought Gabino and his crew were most professional team of workers I've ever hired. I expected about 4 days of inconvienence getting the majority of my interior painted but it turned into a 11/2 day breeze. There is no question that I would hire them again. Very happy with finished product.

The workmanship was excellent. While there wasn't a formal written estimate, all the work we verbally agreed upon was completed as we discussed. Our project took several days to complete, but the crew worked full days each day throughout the project. The workers kept me apprised of problems they encountered as they happened so we could resolve them immediately. A few of the workers were not fluent in English, but it wasn't a problem as I knew enough Spanish to understand what was going on and could answer appropriately. Other customers might have a problem with communication. The workers were finished ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was not compromised. The workers did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves each day and making sure the area was clean and safe each night so it was livable while they weren't there. At the end of the project, they paid special attention to the finishing touches to make sure I was completely happy with their work. When they came into the project, there was already some work done that they didn't really need to address, but they offered to finish it out even though I hadn't asked them to do it initially (replace switch plates, clean globes on light fixtures, etc.).

Great work - beautiful job! Quickly done! Surprised me with such beautiful workmanship. Painted three levels of our house. Gorgeous. Painted risers in stairs and shined up the oak stairs. Would definitely recommend this company for all jobs large and small.

Had a crew of 5 working on painting most of my house. They worked for 4 full days. I am very happy with the work. The only minor complaint is that since they wanted to finish it in 4 days, they rushed a little towards the end at the expense of not doing a good job on some of the window trims.
