Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Do not hire Alvarez Builders (Daniel Alvarez). He is a fraud! Half way through the project, he claimed he ran out of money and therefore couldn?t continue. Eventually he abandoned the project and currently I?m going through an arbitration process with CSLB.

Alvarez Builders are great! Their entire crew built a tiny ADU for me, as well as a studio. They also did new pipes and electrical in my house. In addition I have referred them to many friends and clients- all give 5 star recommendations
