Great job on my patio as well as our natural gas grill station. Lighting on the sitting walls and grill area adds a very nice effect. Work was done in the winter and it adds so much to our home. Very happy with the addition!

We couldn't be happier with the work Delaware Dreamscapes Patio has done for us. The first project included a beautiful backyard patio, a concrete slab, walkway lighting, and burying our gutter downspouts to improve drainage. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. What really stood out was their pricing. After getting multiple quotes, Delaware Dreamscapes was by far the most reasonable without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the finished project completely transformed our backyard. Other companies quotes came in for half of the scope of work we wanted to get done. Dreamscapes allowed us to not have to sacrifice our vision in order to save money. We were so impressed with the results that we hired them a second time to install a new front walkway and driveway. Once again, they delivered outstanding work and excellent customer service.

Extremely unprofessional. I had Martin and team here earlier this year to install a fence. There were delays with the HOA and township that led to about one month between receiving the estimate and giving the check for supplies. We were charged an additional $300 for supplies and were never given the promised receipt to prove the purchase. Our gate also broke off the fence within 2 weeks of installation because it was improperly installed. Instead of securing the gate to the 4x4 post they secured it through the 1 inch thick fence paneling to a cut short piece of 2x4. Upon the fence cracking I reached out and he said he would come by to fix it. Multiple follow ups yielded no result. The gate then came completely off. Again he promised to come fix it multiple times. Eventually they just stopped responding and we were forced to pay extra to fix it ourselves. Buyer beware.

Owner was very responsive, but not proactive about communicating changes in dates & times. I am pleased with the final product.

These guys are really hard workers and they did an amazing job. The job took longer than expected because of the weather but they got it done as promised. We'll definitely get them to come do other projects for us in the future.

Project: Privacy fence installation We contracted Martin Alvarez with Alvarez Landscaping Company to install over 200 linear feet of privacy fence. Martin was very easy to get in contact with and provided an estimate for our project in a short time frame. He was very knowledgeable and recommended ways we could save money. He and his colleagues were very professional and completed our project in a very quick turnaround time. The work and craftsmanship is excellent, and he was very accommodating to all of our requests. We now have a solid privacy fence and two custom gates all for a price that canâ t be beat.

I have tried numerous times to contact him and his partner regarding the unsatisfactory walkway they installed, neither have returned any of the calls. There are cracks, spaces and uneven with poor quality materials, not at all worth the money he was paid, the fact he is refusing to honor his contract by ignoring the calls to correct the problems make it worse!!! and speaks volumes Less
