These guys are really hard workers and they did an amazing job. The job took longer than expected because of the weather but they got it done as promised. We'll definitely get them to come do other projects for us in the future.

Project: Privacy fence installation We contracted Martin Alvarez with Alvarez Landscaping Company to install over 200 linear feet of privacy fence. Martin was very easy to get in contact with and provided an estimate for our project in a short time frame. He was very knowledgeable and recommended ways we could save money. He and his colleagues were very professional and completed our project in a very quick turnaround time. The work and craftsmanship is excellent, and he was very accommodating to all of our requests. We now have a solid privacy fence and two custom gates all for a price that canâ t be beat.

I have tried numerous times to contact him and his partner regarding the unsatisfactory walkway they installed, neither have returned any of the calls. There are cracks, spaces and uneven with poor quality materials, not at all worth the money he was paid, the fact he is refusing to honor his contract by ignoring the calls to correct the problems make it worse!!! and speaks volumes Less

"Hi good afternoon, we received the call from your husband Sunday (Easter day) our office was closed. However, we did receive your voicemail. We do our call backs after 5pm every business day during our spring season. As you may imagine it is the most busy time for us of the year. We spoke to your husband this afternoon, we explained to him that the material is backed up by a lifetime warranty so they are would be no problem with us replacing it at no cost and solving any issues."

Martin Alvarez was very responsive and knowledgeable about how to care for my lawn which has been in disrepair for a long time. Rather than charge us a lot of money for this project, he suggested a slower, staged strategy to save money and give time to fix some of the root problems. I look forward to working with him in the future!

He came right away to quote a deck cleaning & painting. Since it was just him I decided to hire someone else but had him power wash my garage, fence, deck furniture & concrete patio. So we were both happy he got work and did an excellent job and I got more stuff done 🤗

Martin Alvarez and his crew were punctual and worked very hard to get the work done efficiently and quickly. I had 4 trees removed in just 1 day from my property and the Alvarez crew did a fantastic job taking the trees down while taking care with the surrounding houses and landscaping. They also did a great job removing the debris and cleaning up my property. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Alavrez Landscaping Company for the job!
